终於都有番啲檸檬,

雖然仲係青青地未轉哂黃色,

都摘咗隻嚟整檸檬雞翼,

個 tagine 解封就要用盡佢嚟做無水煮食!

華人社區服務中心嘅姑娘家訪後,

我地就出街食晏,

呢輪多數去飲茶,

食嚟食去都係嗰啲,

今次唔飲茶啦,

去幫襯港式茶餐廰,

食完晏,

行去 Chemist Warehouse 入定啲丸仔走水貨,

點知,

呢度嘅藥房都淪陷了,

可能啱啱有旅行團到啦,

人太多都係下次先再嚟過!

而家先拎出嚟食,

第一次整,

一浸水就即刻成碗黃水,

嚇死我,

以為唔知買咗啲乜黑心貨,

香蒜南乳燒雞


有人問一雞2食有冇下文,

一定有啦,

另外嗰半隻雞整咗香噴噴嘅香蒜南乳燒雞!

材料:
雞半隻

醃料:
南乳一塊搓爛
蒜粉一茶匙
蒜鹽一茶匙
玫瑰露酒一湯匙
生抽一湯匙

做法:
雞用醃料醃4小時或過夜
入預熱 180C焗爐焗 40 分鐘即成

見到即買啦,

今次就用雞肉碎煮肉醬,

雪櫃仲有一隻翠玉瓜,

切埋落去煮,

再加埋後園新鲜摘嘅 basil,

好味!
