元旦晚餐


呢隻羊腿原先買嚟聖誕節食嘅,

後來買咗隻火腿,

大老爺話太多食物驚食唔哂喎,

留番隻羊腿新年先整嚟食!


材料:
羊腿一隻 2.4kg

醃料:
蒜頭3粒剁蓉
新鮮 rosemary 碎2湯匙
芥酱1湯匙
喼汁半湯匙
生抽3湯匙
意大利陳醋半湯匙
橄欖油3湯匙
黑椒粉


做法:
羊腿切去肥膏, 用醃料醃起碼4小時
預熱焗爐 180C
焗羊腿時間, 每 500g 焗 25 分鐘
