京醬肉絲


都唔明啲銀行咁漏氣,

7 月開始要報稅,

到8月仲未有2013 - 2014 財政年度嘅 bank statement,

我等住攞退稅啲錢去旅行㗎嘛!

材料:
豬柳 500g
青瓜一隻
蒜蓉兩茶匙
蔥段
䒦麻

汁料:
蘑豉醬 3/4 湯匙
茄汁1湯匙
糖 1.5 湯匙
生抽1湯匙
水1湯匙
老抽1茶匙


做法:
豬柳切粗絲
青瓜去籽切條, 放在碟上
燒紅鑊, 下油, 将豬柳炒至七成熟
加入汁料兜炒片刻, 贊酒, 埋獻, 兜勻即可上碟
