花生夾餅


成功定係失敗,

成功在於能夠整出厚身外脆內軟花生砂糖夾餅,

失敗於因為厚身而煮過火,

下次都係要換隻厚底鑊嚟整好啲嘞!

Harbour Town 我地都未去過,

檸香照燒排骨


總覺得用照燒汁醃排骨嚟焗欠咗啲味道,

唔想咁平平無奇,

加咗啲檸檬皮去醃,

味道當堂升上一級,

好味!




材料:
腩排四條
蒜蓉1茶匙
照燒汁半杯
檸檬皮蓉1湯匙


照燒汁:
幼砂糖1/4杯
生抽1/4杯
味啉1/4杯


做法:
排骨用醃料醃起碼2小時以上
入預熱 200c 焗爐每面焗 10 分鐘即成

炒土豆絲


買咗一大袋薯仔,

用咗啲要嚟炆餸,

醒起隔離屋時常炒土豆絲,

咁我又想試下,

炒土豆絲真係打斧頭餸,

兩大隻薯仔就炒出一大碟,

炒土豆絲一定要炒得爽脆先好食,

唔好炒得過腍呀!

情人元宵節



元宵嗰晚大老爺返下午班,

得我一個人渡元宵兼情人節,

諗起表弟婦去完香港返嚟都無見過面,

Whatsapp 問佢有冇節目,

於是約埋出去食餐飯,

由於無定檯,

出到去 Kingsway 先算,

邊間有位就去邊間!

去到間間食肆都有人堆喺門口,

見到翠華有位,咁就呢間啦!



表姪仔嘅牛扒餐, 包例湯和飲品,

早知小朋友想鋸扒, 咁我拎啲飛仔去我後備食堂好過!
