蒜香蜜味排骨


買咗樽蒜蓉辣椒醬,

之前用咗嚟整雞翼, 

覺得好好味,

咁就翻抄嚟整排骨,

一樣咁正架!

材料﹕
排骨一條切大件

汁料﹕
茄汁2湯匙
生抽1湯匙
蜜糖2湯匙
蒜蓉辣醬2湯匙
五香粉半茶匙
鹽1茶匙
紹酒1湯匙
黑椒粉
麻油少許



 排骨用醃料醃约2小時


 將排骨落鑊略煎兩面,


將餘下汁料加適量水份, 加入鑊中,

蓋, 慢火煮至排骨腍及汁液收乾即成
